DBM DELTA (DOUBLE ACTION PISTONSEAL)

DBM DELTA is a three piece double acting compact piston seal which consists one elastomeric nitrile rubber sealing element and two special profiled thermoplastic guide rings.

APPLICATION:

Agricultural machinery and light duty cylinders.

INSTALLATION:

Easily assembled into one-piece piston because the guide rings are been produced in split forms. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before installation the sealing elements must be oiled with system oil.

NOTES For special applications that require high temperatures , DBM DELTA piston seal is manufactured in FPM and special mixture PTFE material
