TETE is a double acting complete piston seal which consists of a steel plate vulcanized with elastomeric nitrile rubber using special production methods. The sealing lips do have springs in order to increase the preload.
Short stroke , low pressure hydraulic cylinder and special pneumatic cylinders.
TETE is on the piston rod with wire put fixed with a nut. The nut must be secured. The sliding surface and the cylinder bore is coated with oil that does not come with the shut-off element in the reaction. Take special precautions at the end of the stroke to prevent damage to the sealing lips.
For special applications that require high temperatures , TETE can be produced in FPM material
