TN-DUO is a double acting complete piston seal which consists of a steel plate vulcanized with elastomeric nitrile rubber using special production methods.

APPLICATION
Iron and aluminum pneumatic cylinders.

INSTALLATION:

TN-DUO is on the piston rod with wire secured by fasteners. The nut must be secured. The sliding surface and cylinder bore are lubricated with oil that does not have to go in the reaction with the closing element during the installation procedure. Take special precautions at the end of the stroke to prevent damage to the sealing lips.

NOTES: For special applications that require high temperatures , TN-DUO can be produced in FPM/STEEL material.
