TU (LAGERBUS)

LAGERBUS TU is a steel bearing bushing to improve mechanical resistance, with a porous sintered bronze layer for heat conductivity, dimensional stability and the adhesion of the PTFE sliding layer. The steel bushing is protected on the outside by a thin layer of tin to prevent corrosion. Good automatic lubrication are recommended. (low wear and low friction)

APPLICATIONS

Hydraulics, Pneumatic and rotative movements

ASSEMBLY:

The LAGERBUS TU bushings are fitted in H7 housing. Once fitted, the bushing has H9 tolerance to allow to work with H7 shaft.

MATERIAL STRUCTURE:

  • Steel  protected by a thin tin layer
  • A porous sintered bronze layer
  • A ptfe based sliding layer
  • Temperature limit -195°C+280°C
