BNA WA+KR  is a three piece single acting sealing set which consists of onereinforced cotton fabric and nitrile rubber vulcanized together , one L shaped thermoplastic guide back-up ring and a retainingring.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES:

  • ​Functions even with poor surfaces
  • Limited space due to the open housing in one-piece piston
  • Reinforced cotton fabric base prevents the seal from extrusion
  • Good sealing at low pressures

APPLICATION:

Mining equipment , mobile hydraulics , presses and standard cylinders.

INSTALLATION:

Easy assembly with a piston in one piece. The design of the open groove provides an advantage for easy mounting. If'm assembly tools are used the mounting area should not have any sharp edges. Before mounting the BNA WA+KR must be lubricated with oil system
