DBM SIMCO 320 is a three piece double acting compact seal which consists of one fabric reinforced elastomeric sealing element and two thermoplastic guide back-up rings

INSTALLATION

DBM SIMKO 320 profile is designed for installation in open or closed grooves. We recommend the open groove design for pistons that are smaller than Ø 50 mm. It is important that the assembly tool has to be soft material, and no sharp edges. For the installation of the seal element needs to be lubricated with oil system.

NOTES
For special applications that require high temperatures , our seal set is being manufactured with reinforced cotton fabric with FPM and special mixture of PTFE guide back-up rings.
